OUR SPA

Our spa has 6 treatment rooms, 4 of which are home to our Dreampods and 2 are dedicated to massage therapy. We first take you to our beautiful change room, offering robes, towels, hair dryers and more. Next, we offer a relaxation room to start or end your journey in. The room is designed for ultimate relaxation with luxury loungers, organic teas and a larger-than-life, thought provoking mural of a forest landscape. We invite you to take time to unwind in this space to prepare for ultimate serenity. Once your pod is ready, you are taken to the treatment room where you will use our luxurious rain fall shower to rinse and prepare for your float. Once you enter the pool, the music starts and you begin your journey. In the pod you have the option to have music and lights throughout your time, or settle into complete sensory deprivation in the comfort of your surroundings. At the end of your time, the music will gently come back on for the final 5 minutes, bringing you back into the space. After having another rinse you will make your way to the change room and slowly integrate back into the day in your own time, possibly passing through the relaxation room for a shot of our incredibly hydrating lemon and salt tonic.
